Family of five housed when relocating
The Problem
A family of five had been working overseas for a number of years, and needed a place to live while they looked to purchase their home in the Sutherland Shire.
The Solution
Boutique was able to offer the family a month-long stay, and when it became apparent that they needed some extra time, add an additional month on to the stay on two occasions to allow the family plenty of time to undertake their real estate search and navigate the purchase and settlement of their new home.

The family were housed in a near new duplex within five minutes of where they eventually purchased.
