How we work with property managers
Boutique Property Hosts leases residential properties through real estate agencies, just like any other tenant. We enter a standard residential tenancy agreement with a special clause noting the property will be used for short to mid-term furnished accommodation.
Your agency continues to manage the property on behalf of the landlord. You collect your management fees as usual. The difference is that your tenant is a professional business that pays on time, maintains the property to a high standard, and does not cause issues.
We furnish the property at our own cost with quality furniture, linen, kitchenware, and equipment. When the lease ends, we return the property to its original unfurnished condition.

We are open to properties that are currently vacant, about to become vacant, or with landlords looking for a change from the traditional rental model.

Boutique Property Hosts has been operating since 2018, managing furnished properties across Sydney's south. We currently operate 6 properties and are looking to grow. Our existing agency partners appreciate our reliability, professionalism, and the care we take with their landlords' properties.
